Circus Day

On Monday we had a super Circus Day! When we arrived at school we saw a big top on the Nursery grass. The Circus had arrived! In the morning we decorated biscuits using colourful icing and different sprinkles. Then, we went to the Circus! We watched Arthur and Phil Sensible perform lots of funny tricks! They did handstands, juggled, span plates and do magic! Some of us even got to help with some of their tricks.

For dinner we had tasty hot dog with chips and an ice cream with sauce and sprinkles for pudding! Then we went outside to play Circus games with hula hoops, juggling scarves and a huge parachute! We all came inside to eat our yummy biscuits! At the end of the day we went to the hall and learnt how to use circus equipment. We practised using the scarves, ribbons, poi pois, spinning plates and hoops! We were circus superstars and had lots of fun all day!
