The Police visit Mount Carmel

Date: 20th Sep 2019 @ 8:43pm

A visit from the police

After the children discovered the three little pigs had been taken from Reception they collected all the evidence that was left.

Today the police came to find out what evidence we had found. We told them everything that happened and told the police we think it might be the big bad wolf. The police said they needed a description of the wolf. The children described the wolf’s appearance fantastically and the police were pleased at how much we could help them.

The police officers then told us about their job and how they help in the community. They showed us what they wear and what equipment they use.

We got to try on police uniforms and we all held a police baton and handcuffs. To end our exciting morning we all got to sit in a police van. Some children even pretended to drive it. The police officers played their siren and told us all about the different types of police transport.

Have a look at our videos and photos to see what we got up to.
