Our Lenten Promises

Class: Year 1L Year: 2019 - 2020

We have been learning about Lent in Year 1. We thought carefully about the importance of making a Lenten promise and have all made our own promise to God. Some of us decided to pray more, some children wanted to give to those who need help and others decided to give up something - like chocolate! It might be a challenge but we are going to try our best to keep our promises. We have wrote them down and put them inside little eggs which are hung on our Lent tree, in 40 days we will open them up to see if we kept our promise.
