The Day War Came by Nicola Davies
We studied the poem, "The Day War Came" by Nicola Davies. Then we designed our own chairs of welcome for child refugees; the designs followed on from the #3,000 chairs initiative.
As Pope Francis reminds us, "As Christians, we cannot be indifferent to the tragedy of old and new forms of poverty."
