Class: Year 3R Year: 2022 - 2023

On Friday, Year 3 spent the day at Manchester Museum. We saw lots of incredible artefacts from Ancient Egyptian times and even saw a real mummy! We thought really carefully about what makes an artefact important and each picked the artefact that we thought was the most important in the collection. We were very lucky because we also got to see the current exhibition all about the Golden Mummies of Egypt. Finally, we explored the rest of the museum and saw dinosaur bones and eggs, skeletons of animals and humans and living frogs and lizards. It was an amazing day and we learnt and saw so much!
