Resilience Workshop

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Class: Year 6B Year: 2023 - 2024

We have been focusing on our mental wellbeing this half term following Mental Health Week in February. We have weekly mindful sessions with Judith where we focus on moving carefully and using visualisation to help us regulate our emotions. We also had our resilience workshop on Friday, where we learnt about how we can add more kindness into our relationships with others as we head into our final term together at Mount Carmel. Check out our drama performance, finishing with a fantastic dance routine!
