Blackley Bog Babies

In Literacy, we have been reading The Bog Baby by Jeanne Willis and Gwen Millward.

We loved the story so much that we decided to see if we could find some of our own Bog Babies! So we went on a Bog Baby hunt in our playground. We crept extremely quietly so that we wouldn’t scare any Bog Babies away. And guess what? We found two Bog Babies hiding in the tyres in our playground! We were super excited!!

We wrote up our field notes so that we could send them to the authors to tell them all about our Blackley Bog Babies.
