Our egg at school has hatched!! Look what's inside...

Good morning Reception!

Today's home learning activities are:

1. Phonics - watch the Phase 3 phonics video on this blog focussing on new sound 'oa'. Can you write the sentences at the end of the video?

For extra phonics practise go to www.phonicsplay.co.uk and access the Phase 2 and Phase 3 games using the username jan21 and the password home.

2. Music - watch the music lesson video. Lots of you thought there might be a dinosaur in our egg, I wonder if we can move like and sing about dinosaurs?

3. Maths - Using flashcards of numbers 0-10 can you put the numbers in order? Challenge: Can you write the numbers for your flashcards? Extra Challenge: Can you put the numbers 0-20 in order? How many of these numbers can you write?

4. Literacy - Watch the final video of our story to find out what is inside our egg! How do you think Duck is feeling at the end of the story; he is hiding behind the egg. Write a sentence e.g. He is scared because...
