Mental Health Week

This week we have been thinking more about our mental health. Yesterday we did some mindful breathing with Mrs McGuinness, concentrating on taking deep breaths and feeling calm and in control.
Today we did some cosmic kids yoga with Miss Dennis. We learnt about how when we feel frustrated we need to stay calm, keep breathing and think positively. We had lots of fun on our adventure with Popcorn the dolphin.
