Remembrance Day

November is the month in which we pray for departed Holy Souls and celebrate Remembrance Sunday. Today the children in the Junior Department gathered in Mount Carmel Church for a special service led by our Year 6 children. In the Infant Department, children gathered in the hall for a special liturgy led by our Year 2 children. Through prayer, scripture and reflection the children explored why it is important to remember and pray for those who have died, including those who have died in service of our country.
