The golden eggs arrived in Reception!

On Monday morning, Mrs Grayson came into school and heard a big bang outside. When the children arrived, they went out to investigate what they could see. GOLDEN EGGS had landed in our peace garden! Where did they come from? We soon worked it out they belonged to the Giant! The children have been busy making speech bubbles for the different characters and thinking about each of them would be feeling throughout the story. 

The children have also been looking at measurement this week. They enjoyed taking part in a fun activity, working in teams in the hall meauring the lengths of beanstalks using cubes.
