Well-being Wednesday and Valentine’s Day

We have had a lovely Well-being Wednesday. We have made lots of Valentine's Day crafts to remind us of the people we love. We started the day with a zoom call with our friends at home doing a Well-being Workout and some Mindful Breathing. We also made Valentine's cards and hats.
After lunch, we had a super surprise! We had some delicious hot chocolate and then watched a film with a tasty biscuit.
