As part of our D&T curriculum this year, 5H thoroughly enjoyed making (and eating!) delicious gingerbread biscuits for Christmas. We designed our biscuits, thinking about healthy ingredients we could use in our recipe. We selected the correct materials to use for preparation and cutting. Finally, we enjoyed tasting our mouth-watering creations, evaluating our method and thinking about any improvements we could have made.
