Y6C Commemorate the Centenary of the End of World War One

On the 12th November, Y6C paid their respects to the parishioners of our parish who died during both the First and Second World Wars.

"When I saw all the soldiers names on the walls, I felt sad, but happy.  Sad because they died for my generation, but happy for them because they are now with God in Heaven.  When we looked at the Pieta, the church fell silent and a smile grew on my face as I remembered all they had sacrificed for me."
