Construction Construction!

Year 5 got the chance to attend a construction fair at Factory Youth Zone. 

We got our hands dirty plastering, fixing pipes, surveying, brick laying and trying all the equipment that comes with it!

We even got to test out the latest technology in the construction industry like virtual reality. 

Most of all, we learnt that there are so many jobs and careers within construction: builders, joiners, engineers, techniticans, plasterers, plumbers, project managers, surveryers to name a few!
