On Wednesday, Year 3B went on a trip to Pizza Express. We had so much fun even in the rain! We got the bus into Manchester and then arrived at the restaurant. We kneaded the dough, put it in the special pizza pan and then added tomato sauce and toppings. Whilst our pizzas baked we learnt about the ingredients we had used and other toppings that we could add on pizza. We learnt that the first pizza was made in Egypt! Our pizzas were ready for eating and we went to the Printworks to eat together before getting the bus back to school. It was such an exciting morning and we can't wait to make more pizzas at school!
