Y1S have been looking at how to keep our bodies fit and healthy. One way we can do this is by looking carefully at the types of food that we eat. We now know that food can be put into different categories. We know which foods are good for us, these give us lots of energy and keep our bodies healthy. We also know the foods that are bad for us so we shouldn’t eat them as often.
